Search Engine Optimization (SEO): SEO is the process of improving the visibility of the webpage or website in a search engine like Google, Yahoo, Bing. It brings the quality traffic to a website via “natural”or “unpaid” search results.

Marketing through search engine is a process of paying to be listed on certain search terms. Optimizing a website or webpage may involve editing its content, HTML and associate coding, both increase its relevance to specific keywords. 4) SEO is all about trickery: Attempting to trick Google or Bing or manipulate the search engine result is a very bad idea as you will risk your site to be removed from the index. Instead Opt for uniqueness and originality in your content and functioning to drive organic publicity.

5) Page rank is the only fruit: Pagerank is the link analysis algorithm used by Google with the purpose to set the ranking of websites. In today’s time Google has evolved beyond any single indicator of improved ranking. Therefore factors such as relevant and unique content, relevant keywords and avoiding the stuffing of keywords and gaming the system matters a lot to raise the bar.
